Sales Manager Job Description

We serve clients in online, digital marketing, and alternative education sectors, selling transformative programs like business consulting, real estate investing, and more. Position Overview: The Sales Manager oversees key accounts, manages pipelines, conducts call reviews, evaluates performance, ensures CRM accuracy, identifies training needs, and suggests operational improvements to maximize sales.

You Should Apply if:

  • You have sales management experience managing large teams.
  • You have extensive experience in lead generation businesses.
  • You excel in managing both qualitative and quantitative aspects of sales.
  • You have experience in high ticket alternative education sales (a plus).
  • You understand sales enablement and can contribute to sales material development.

  • You are comfortable with sales tech and spreadsheets.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate lead flow and rep capacity daily.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead initiatives.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and CRM data.
  • Manage daily sales meetings and training.
  • Review calls and strategize deals.
  • Maintain sales projections and quotas.
  • Evaluate sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Participate in staffing and onboarding processes.
  • Identify and implement sales enablement assets.
  • Work with data and CRM teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Take full revenue ownership.

Pay: $100,000 - $175,000 per year
