Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in Project management or Program management.
• OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Project management or Program management.
• Experience managing marketing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning: develop and operationalize integrated marketing plans with COEs across channels.
• Program Orchestration & Execution: manage end-to-end execution of marketing programs with strategy leads and execution teams.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment: drive alignment and regular status updates across functions and geographies.
• Risk Management & Operational Excellence: identify risks and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans to stay on track.
• Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement: monitor performance and leverage learnings to improve future execution.
