Job summary

Pegasystems in Waltham, MA seeks a marketing data professional to shape the contact data strategy within the Lifecycle Marketing & Automation team. You will improve data quality, governance, and the use of lead and contact data across MAPs and CRMs to power segmentation, campaigns, and pipeline.

You will work with MDM, Marketing Automation, GTM/Sales Ops, and IT to define standards and drive data projects that matter. Strong data analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• What you know: data quality and governance for marketing contact data.
• Ability to analyze data health and translate findings for marketing teams.
• Experience with MAPs and CRMs and data enrichment platforms.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape the marketing contact data strategy and roadmap.
• Analyze lead/contact data health and contribute to the data quality scorecard.
• Improve person-to-account matching and data logic across systems.
• Support data hygiene, imports, and governance practices including GDPR/CCPA/CASL/CAN-SPAM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable accurate segmentation for campaigns and ABM.
