Cella by Randstad Digital in Boston (Hybrid) is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to lead user acquisition and retention across paid social, programmatic, and paid search channels for our premier sports and gaming brand. You will own the creative workflow, run A/B tests to gain insights, and collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product and Analytics to optimize campaigns and hit KPIs.

Flexibility for events and unusual hours is required; experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field and/or 2–3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience in strategy and media buying for paid social, programmatic, or paid search channels.
• Knowledge of digital media optimization, including A/B testing, ad buys analysis and bidding concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital media buying strategies across Paid Social, Programmatic and Paid Search.
• Launch and optimize new user acquisition campaigns to meet KPIs and team goals.
• Lead A/B tests and analyze campaign performance with Marketing Analytics for next steps.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Product to deliver compelling campaigns.

You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team and manage the creative workflow and delivery for critical acquisition & retention moments across products.
