• Manage and prioritize incoming marketing campaign requests through Workfront.
• Review intake submissions for completeness and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support project management activities for marketing technology initiatives and special projects.
• Gather technical requirements for simple projects and coordinate campaign execution.
• Ensure campaigns pass reviews with required controls, approvals, and documentation.
• Manage Digital Property Inventory tracking.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for Workfront processes and evidence procedures.
• Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to optimize operational efficiency.
• Execute campaign modifications, cancellations, deployment changes, and documentation updates.
