Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for a remote, contract role in the US market. The role focuses on omnichannel brand growth, packaging updates, and platform innovation, delivering high-impact narratives to executive leadership.

You will turn complex analytics into strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams across finance, supply chain, and marketing to strengthen brand equity and market share.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of brand management experience paired with an MBA, or 3+ years of progressive brand leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for forecasting, performance analytics, and exec presentations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end brand management initiatives including packaging updates, line extensions, and multi-year platform innovation to deliver growth.
• Execute data-driven proposals and multi-channel media strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to optimize engagement.
• Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with finance, supply chain, and executives to manage portfolio P&L and demand forecasting.
• Formulate analytics to guide senior leadership decisions.
