Ovative Group seeks an Analyst in Digital Marketing & Measurement to join a fast-growing team. You will perform heavy data analysis, support media programs, and collaborate with senior leaders on project work and informational interviews.

You will undergo a robust onboarding bootcamp to gain a big-picture view of our business, history, and vision, and you will gain exposure to Marketing Strategy, Analytics & Activation across practice areas.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share ideas effectively in group projects or client interactions.
• Demonstrated ownership of tasks or projects and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expertise: develop competence in a specific Ovative subject area (e.g. media, measurement, strategy).
• Hands-on digital media planning, execution, and optimization with testing, landing page recommendations, and reporting.
• Heavy data analysis, reporting & insights of digital media performance; cross-channel planning and documentation.
