Job summary

Ovative Group is seeking a Manager in Marketing Analytics & Measurement to lead 1–3 enterprise client engagements and drive measurement strategy, MMM, and incrementality testing. You will manage day-to-day workstreams, present to senior stakeholders, and grow into a client-facing measurement leader.

1–2 direct reports will be mentored, with a focus on high-quality outputs. The role emphasizes structured thinking, cross-team collaboration, and leveraging MMM tools to influence business outcomes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of client experience (internal or external).
• At least 1+ years of direct reports management.
• Excellent communicator & collaborator across client/internal teams.
• Ability to translate complex marketing data into actionable paths for clients.
• Experience in marketing industry, digital marketing preferred.
• Thrives in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements by identifying workplans, workstreams, and deliverables; execute project plans with leadership.
• Review services with Ovative client leaders; identify areas for improvement and adjust scopes.
• Provide business development support; assist with strategy and client scoping.
• Lead strategy for client digital marketing activation roadmap and vision.
• Define team structure, roles, development, and client facing outputs.
• Lead development for 1–2 direct reports; mentor junior staff.
