Job summary

Ovative Group is an independent, full-funnel media, measurement, and creative firm. In this role you will lead 1–3 enterprise client engagements, working with the Measurement Director to implement marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and a measurement roadmap while building client leadership over time.

You will own day-to-day workstreams, contribute to client-facing deliverables and presentations, and translate complex measurement outputs into clear business recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with clients (internal or external).
• At least 1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Excellent communicator & collaborator between multiple client & internal teams.
• Able to connect complex marketing data into tangible business path forward for clients.
• Experience within marketing industry (digital marketing preferred).
• Must thrive in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements by identifying workplans and deliverables; deliver on project plans with leadership.
• Review services with Ovative client leaders to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies and scope.
• Provide business development support, assist with strategy/messaging for prospective clients.
• Lead strategy of client digital marketing activation roadmap and vision.
• Define and drive team structure, development, and client management across the group.
• Lead development for 1–2 direct reports and mentor their growth.
