Job summary

WCL Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Data Analysis III for an on-site 6-month contract in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The role partners with marketers to turn data into insights to guide strategy, measure ROI, and support decision-making across teams.

You will analyze marketing performance, run A/B/MV tests, and deliver regular reports while collaborating with data scientists and agency partners. Strong Excel, Tableau, and presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects with attention to detail.
• Teamwork oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience creating presentations (PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Tableau and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Clear written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with SDLC/ITIL/QA/PM/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track, report, and analyze marketing performance and ad-hoc requests.
• Analyze A/B and multivariate tests and communicate results.
• Collaborate on CRM data reporting and audience segmentation.
• Define reports with agency partners and provide feedback.
• Recommend audience segmentation, A/B tests and data sources.
• Produce data-driven insights for executive presentations.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain and implement new data points.
• Advise marketing functions on customer and market data.
