Job summary

Join BOK Financial as a Senior Marketing Data Analyst and play a key role in shaping marketing strategies across the organization. As part of the Consumer Data & Analytics team, you'll partner with marketing leaders to turn customer data into actionable insights that influence enterprise decisions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including to senior leadership.
• Experience with data governance and quality control.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing stakeholders to define objectives and deliver analytical solutions.
• Develop targeted audiences for campaigns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to guide decisions.
• Build, maintain dashboards and reports communicating key metrics.
