Job summary

BOK Financial seeks a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to partner with marketing leaders across lines of business. You will turn customer and campaign data into actionable insights that influence enterprise-wide marketing decisions and drive growth.

Working with the Consumer Data & Analytics team, you will help create audiences, measure campaigns, run A/B tests, and build dashboards to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with marketing stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions.
• Ability to develop targeted customer lists for marketing campaigns.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI.

Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you'll serve as the primary analytics partner for marketing initiatives across BOK Financial. You'll leverage customer, campaign, performance, and bank product and service data to develop targeted audiences, evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support strategic decision-making. This role will support a wide range of marketing activities, including customer segmentation, campaign measurement, A/B testing, reporting, and analytics. You'll collaborate closely with business partners across consumer banking, mortgage, wealth, and other lines of business to deliver insights that enhance marketing performance, strengthen customer relationships, and improve business outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to optimize existing processes, introduce new analytical approaches, and serve as a subject matter expert for marketing data and reporting.
