Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Manager, Consumer Data Analytics to lead a growing team of analysts within the Consumer Data & Analytics group. You will shape how data and reporting support business decisions across Consumer Banking and selected enterprise initiatives, driving insights that translate into business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience including leading teams and delivering analytical solutions or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analysts, manage priorities, and deliver analytical outputs with business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts across Consumer Banking initiatives.
• Manage workflow intake, prioritization, and resource allocation to align with business needs.
