Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support content performance tracking, reporting and insights across social content and channels. The role blends analytics with business understanding to optimize marketing strategies for multiple franchises.

Based in Irvine, CA or remote with hybrid options, you will build dashboards, maintain KPI metrics, and partner with teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that elevate our campaigns and audience engagement.

Qualifications

3+ years in data analysis for media, social or digital marketing analytics.
Project management experience.
Strong knowledge of current social/video platforms.
Experience using Sprinklr and social analytics tools.
Ability to build interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Own focused reporting across major release roadmap moments.
Regularly construct and maintain advanced Boolean topic queries.
Design, build and maintain social data dashboards.
Ensure program KPIs are integrated in reporting outputs and shared across franchise groups.
Partner with analyst team to ensure quality and data-driven insights.
Establish and maintain knowledge of current franchise communities.
Establish and maintain knowledge of content cycles (patches, expansions, etc.).
