Blizzard Entertainment, INC. is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to optimize marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

You will support content performance tracking, reporting, and KPI development across social channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quantitative outcomes. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement ( Irvine, CA on-site with remote options ) and opportunities to influence franchise marketing decisions.

Competenze

• 3+ years in data analysis for media planning, social media or digital marketing analytics.
• Experience in project management.
• Deep understanding of current social/video platform landscape and content archetypes.
• Experience with Sprinklr, native analytics platforms, and other UGC data tools.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience driving social listening programs and in-depth analysis.

Mansioni

• Own reporting across major release roadmap moments.
• Regularly construct and maintain advanced Boolean topic queries.
• Design, build and maintain social data dashboards.
• Ensure program KPIs are integrated in reporting outputs and socialized across franchise groups.
• Partner with analysts to ensure deliverables are quantitative and high‑quality.
• Establish knowledge of franchise communities and content cycles.
