The Marketing Data Analyst II role supports web analytics, bridges data to strategy, and reports to the Director of Analytics. Remote work within the US is available.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in web marketing or product analytics
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Build and iterate dashboards to monitor KPIs
• Analyze user behavior and marketing channel performance to generate actionable insights
• Assist in troubleshooting tracking and data collection issues
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep dives to support product and marketing decisions
• Lead AB test planning, execution and post-test analysis
• Monitor performance metrics and set up alerts for anomalies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate goals into measurement plans
• Mentor junior analysts on tools and analytical approaches
