You will support marketing web and product teams by analyzing performance, implementing tracking strategies, and identifying trends that drive decisions.

This mid-level role reports to the Director of Analytics and collaborates with a junior analyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in web marketing or product analytics.
• Proficiency with GA, Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI.
• Tag management and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Build and iterate dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Analyze user behavior and marketing channel performance to generate insights.
• Troubleshoot tracking and data collection issues.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decisions.
• Lead AB test planning, execution, and post-test analysis.
• Monitor performance metrics and set up alerts for anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate goals into measurement plans.
• Mentor junior analysts on tools and approaches.
