Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Marketing Database Manager to serve as the CRM subject-matter expert for InterAction Windows Client and its connected tools, including the firm’s email marketing platform. You will manage configuration, data processes, reporting, and ongoing enhancements while collaborating with Marketing, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities include data quality, targeted marketing segmentation, and coordinating CRM activities across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience with InterAction or similar CRM.
