Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, a leading global law firm, seeks a Marketing Database Manager to own InterAction administration and related marketing tooling. You will partner with Marketing, IT and outside vendors to optimize data quality, reporting, and campaigns, including Vuture, while scaling CRM usage across regions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, governance, and process improvements, with opportunities to influence global marketing outcomes and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant InterAction or similar CRM experience.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of InterAction experience.
• Advanced knowledge of InterAction or similar CRM and Vuture.
• Strong understanding of data management and stewardship.
• At least 2 years of leadership and management experience preferred.
• Experience in the legal or professional services industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
• Strong project management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Promote Norton Rose Fulbright's principles of quality, unity and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage InterAction Windows configuration settings and options.
• Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
• Troubleshoot data-related errors across HR information systems and billing interfaces.
• Use InterAction Data Minder to offboard user accounts and resolve sync cycles.
• Support data accuracy through housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate CRM activities and workflows with internal teams.
• Manage use of external AI tools to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage upgrades and new features.
• Monitor vendor/product landscape for future opportunities.
