Job summary

ADP Middleware Test Company is seeking a supervisory Training Manager to lead one-on-one coaching for Marketing Coordinators, manage shift scheduling, and actively recruit new staff. You will provide performance feedback to the Field Manager and help refine sales tools and scripts.

Travel to various marketing locations is expected, with a focus on field-based training and on-site coaching to ensure staff professionalism and process adherence across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Associate of Arts degree or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and pitches.
• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions and percentages.
• Willingness to travel to various sites for training and observation.
• Strong supervisory and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts one-on-one training of Marketing Coordinators daily.
• Provides performance and evaluation feedback to Field Manager for staff improvement.
• Assists in scheduling shifts daily and weekly and in filling shifts as needed.
• Indirect management of OPCs on a daily interval.
• Contributes input on development of sales tools and POS procedures; irregular intervals.
• Contributes input on development of sales scripts; irregular intervals.
• Active recruitment of Marketing personnel; daily interval while in the field; scouts for job fairs and recruitment avenues.
• Ensures staff follow procedures during shifts and conduct themselves professionally.
