Job summary

ADM is seeking a Training Coordinator to act as the primary resource for implementing Performance Excellence and Learning practices across the site. You will partner with site leadership to assess current state, envision future goals, and develop strategic training plans that drive operational excellence.

You may facilitate sessions, mentor teammates, and serve as the main liaison to ADM's central PE & Learning teams to ensure consistent training delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong background in manufacturing or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a premier training program to improve workforce skills.
• Provide coaching on problem solving using data to drive decisions.
• Deliver education and training for location teams to align with goals.
• Oversee on-boarding and training documentation to ensure compliance.
• Partner with site leaders and PE & Learning teams to measure program effectiveness.
