Shannon & Wilson is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, SF 330s, and marketing materials. You will organize complex proposals, coordinate with technical staff, attend pre-proposal meetings, and help with win strategy sessions.

Responsibilities include managing resumes, project descriptions, CRM data, Cosential inputs, events, and submissions. A Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, strong writing, and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
• 0–4 years of marketing experience with an Architectural/Engineering/Construction services firm.
• Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality proposals and SF 330s.
• Coordinate elements of complex proposals with limited supervision.
• Maintain Cosential database and CRM information.
• Create marketing materials and collateral.
• Coordinate events and awards submissions.
• Assist with engineering reports, permits and other docs.
• Follow QA and safety policies.
