Job summary

INVISION Architecture is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Charleston, SC (with opportunities in Atlanta, GA and other Southeast markets). You will support marketing, business development, and pursuit efforts across the firm, coordinating proposals, qualifications, presentations, and brand initiatives.

You will maintain marketing content, assist with CRM (Unanet) and content management, help with client events, and collaborate with leadership and the marketing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or professional services.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign; CRM platforms knowledge preferred (Unanet, AirTable, OpenAsset).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, production, and delivery of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials.
• Maintain accurate marketing information and manage CRM data (Unanet CRM).
• Develop and format written and visual materials for presentations and interviews.
• Support planning and coordination of conferences, sponsorships, client events, and marketing operations.
