The HFW Companies / INVISION Architecture marketing team seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, business development, and pursuit efforts across the firm. You will coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing communications that position INVISION for growth.

Work closely with firm leadership to maintain CRM data, content libraries, and event support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; strong writing and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing, communications, business development, or professional services experience.
• A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data management; Unanet CRM, AirTable, and OpenAsset a plus.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow within a team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate development, production, and delivery of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials.
• Gather project data, resumes, references, and supporting pursuit content.
• Track RFQ/RFP opportunities, deadlines, schedules, and submission requirements.
• Support pursuit planning and business development efforts led by firm leadership.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and interview materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing information, including project descriptions and staff bios.
• Support CRM data management and marketing content libraries.
• Ensure materials align with INVISION brand standards.
• Support events, conferences, sponsorships, and client engagement activities.
