Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Marketing/ Communications/ Business/ Journalism/ PR/ Design
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, business development, proposal coordination, or related role
• Experience with the A/E/C industry's procurement of professional services is a plus
• Experience developing proposals, SOQs, interview presentations, or other pursuit deliverables
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing assignments
• Experience with CRM or other marketing information systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of proposals, SOQs, and interview presentations, including schedules and compliance
• Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, BD leaders, and subconsultants on pursuit materials
• Support interview preparation, including presentation development and materials production
• Support business development activities, including client planning and pursuit tracking
• Maintain accurate project, resume, pursuit, and client information in BD, CRM, and marketing systems
• Organize and maintain proposal archives, marketing resources, and reusable content assets
• Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content to support BD and HDR branding
• Support social media, thought leadership, conference, sponsorship, and industry association activities
• Assist development of internal communications and coordination of meetings and events
• Maintain inventory of branded materials for client meetings, conferences, recruiting, and BD activities
• Perform other duties as needed
