Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly communicative Marketing Coordinator to support our Market Development Team. Your mission is to help drive market development initiatives through event coordination, referral source engagement, CRM stewardship, reporting, and marketing support. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our team has the tools, resources, and operational support needed to build meaningful relationships, maximize community visibility, and contribute to achieving the location's sales goals. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Team Support & Coordination: Support the Market Development Team by coordinating schedules, managing marketing materials, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring team members have the resources needed to effectively market SRG services.
- Marketing Materials & Resource Management: Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and promotional items, including business cards, branded merchandise, event materials, giveaways, and other resources used by the Market Development Team.
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics for agent breakfasts, Lunch & Learns, Continuing Education (CE) events, networking functions, conferences, trade shows, golf tournaments, community sponsorships, and client appreciation activities.
- Community & Referral Source Engagement: Assist in strengthening referral source relationships by supporting marketing events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives. Represent the SRG brand professionally at assigned events and functions.
- CRM Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by updating contacts, activity notes, referral information, and organizational data. Ensure compliance with established CRM standards and reporting expectations.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics: Manage and update key Market Development reporting tools, assisting with tracking Quality Sales Touches (QSTs), Continuing Education participation, referral activity, and other performance metrics.
- Marketing Communications: Assist with email marketing campaigns, event invitations, Continuing Education promotions, weather-related communications, and other targeted outreach efforts to referral partners and community stakeholders.
- Brand Management & Online Reputation: Support SRG's brand presence by assisting with community visibility efforts, event promotion, and responding to customer reviews in accordance with company standards.
- Budget Stewardship: Assist the Market Development Manager with tracking marketing expenses, event expenditures, vendor invoices, and budget-related activities to ensure responsible use of company resources.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience in marketing coordination, event planning, customer service, administrative support, sales support, business development support, or a related field.
- Other Relevant Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate events, vendors, and marketing activities.
- Professionalism in all business interactions.
- Customer-service mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Systems and process-driven approach with strong follow-through.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports that support business development activities.
