Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Market Development Team in Atlanta. You will coordinate events, manage referral partnerships, maintain CRM data, produce reports, and assist with marketing campaigns to grow community visibility and drive sales goals.

This role emphasizes organization, relationship-building, and proactive communication, with opportunities to influence brand presence, vendor coordination, and data-driven marketing activities

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing coordination, event planning, customer service, administrative support, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Marketing Team activities including scheduling, materials, presentations and reports.
• Maintain inventory of marketing supplies, promotional items, and event materials.
• Plan and execute events (breakfasts, CE events, networking, conferences, golf tournaments, community sponsorships).
• Engage referral sources and community partners through events and outreach.
• Keep CRM records accurate with contacts, notes, and activity data; adhere to CRM standards.
• Prepare and analyze marketing and performance reports (QSTs, CE participation, referral activity).
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, event invites, CE promotions and weather-related communications.
• Support brand presence and online reputation through community visibility and customer reviews.
