Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration construction projects from scope to completion. You will collaborate with Site Managers, Trade Partners, and homeowners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, while guiding teams through complex rebuilds after damage.

This role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous planning, and strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or restoration project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction scopes, trade sequencing, material selection, and job costing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading multiple projects with clear communication and follow-through.
• Experience with project management systems (PSA, Concur).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction process with scoping, kickoff, planning, and schedule execution.
• Serve as main point of contact for homeowners, setting expectations and providing updates.
• Manage job costs daily and weekly, review margins, and adjust for profitability.
• Coordinate trade partners and vendors, including budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.
• Maintain project documentation in PSA and related systems for visibility and integrity.
• Coach field teams and mentor potential future Project Managers.

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration construction projects with excellence, clarity, and compassion. In this role, you will walk homeowners through the repair process from scope to completion, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard. You’ll work closely with Site Managers, Trade Partners, and customers to create a smooth and professional experience while achieving location production goals and maintaining profitability.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Planning
  Lead the end-to-end construction process, including job scoping, kickoff meetings, work order planning, and schedule execution. Ensure every project has clear timelines, signed documentation, and a path to successful completion.
• Customer Experience & Communication
  Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners. Set expectations, provide regular updates, and maintain professionalism throughout the entire project lifecycle—earning trust and building confidence in the SRG process.
• Financial Execution & Job Profitability
  Manage job costs daily and weekly. Ensure alignment between budget, trade partner agreements, and actual spend. Collaborate with the Production Manager to review margins and adjust for success.
• Trade Partner & Vendor Coordination
  Build relationships with Trade Partners and vendors. Oversee scope discussions, budgeting, material procurement, scheduling, and quality control. Drive collaboration and accountability across all field contributors.
• Documentation & Systems
  Maintain accurate project documentation in PSA, including notes, photos, work orders, inspections, and contract revisions. Use systems consistently to support team visibility and project integrity.
• Field Team Coaching
  Partner with your assigned Site Manager to ensure seamless field execution. Mentor and support their growth toward a future Project Manager role, investing in their development through feedback and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or restoration project management experience (residential preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong knowledge of construction scopes, trade sequencing, material selection, and job costing
• Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously with clear communication and follow-through
• Experience with project management systems (e.g., PSA, Concur)
• Proven ability to manage Trade Partners, coordinate with municipalities, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
