Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone promptly and courteously and relay messages accurately.
• Maintain the Department Director's calendar and schedule appointments.
• Transcribe dictated correspondence accurately and efficiently.
• Take and transcribe minutes for committee/meetings as assigned.
• Assist with staff timecards and attendance reviews.
• Update employee performance appraisal lists.
• Support department goals and adapt to changes in Hospital activities.
