• Answers the telephone promptly and courteously.
• Records and communicates messages accurately and timely.
• Maintains Director's appointment calendar.
• Transcribes dictated correspondence accurately and efficiently.
• Takes and transcribes meeting minutes for committees as assigned.
• Supports management of staff timecards and attendance reviews.
• Maintains and updates employee performance appraisal lists.
• Participates in achieving department goals.
• Demonstrates flexibility with hospital/department changes.
