Job summary

Trahan Architects in New York is seeking a full-time Marketing + Communications Specialist to lead all marketing efforts for the firm’s New Orleans and New York offices. You will develop and execute campaigns, RFQ/RFP responses, firm brochures, and public relations initiatives to elevate the firm’s profile.

Working with firm leadership, you will manage graphic standards, content creation, and communications channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, website) while coordinating with design staff to showcase

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent; architectural training a plus.
• Strong mastery of visual graphics and written language.
• Interest in architectural design and Trahan Architects’ work.
• Experience coordinating with marketing, graphic, and architectural staff.
• Minimum 4 years in a marketing team; strong references.
• U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, production and execution of marketing campaigns and proposals (RFQ/RFP).
• Produce firm brochures and new business collateral across NY and NO offices.
• Maintain firm-wide graphic standards and visual identity.
• Manage marketing systems and streamline processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with leadership on PR and visibility initiatives.
• Turn research into compelling visual and written content.
