Job summary

Trahan Architects in New York City is seeking a full-time Proposal Coordinator to join our award-winning team. You will collaborate with firm leadership and project managers to drive new business and craft tailored responses to opportunities.

Responsibilities include developing written and graphic materials for qualifications, proposals, presentations, and publications; managing a marketing asset library; and meeting multiple deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Significant graphic design and writing ability.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, meticulous, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• RFP/Q Responses & BD Coordination: support proposal development, assemble teams, prepare submission documents, track contacts and outreach.
• Marketing Asset Library: manage photography, graphics, project data, resumes, and narratives for consistent use.
• Meet all task deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
