Proposal Coordinator
We are looking for a professional, full-time Proposal Coordinator to join our team in our New York City office. The position offers the opportunity to engage in challenging work within an award-winning, collaborative practice in search of design excellence.
The Proposal Coordinator will work in close collaboration with firm leadership and project managers to help drive firmwide new business acquisition strategies and craft tailored responses to new project opportunities.
Responsibilities will include developing written and graphic material for qualifications packages, proposals, presentations and print publications to advance the work of Trahan Architects. The Proposal Coordinator will also manage a well-organized and accessible library of marketing materials, project photography, and contact databases.

We are seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience in the AEC industry. Candidates should have significant graphic design and writing ability. They should also be self-motivated, collaborative, meticulous, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (particularly Adobe InDesign) is required.
