Job summary

Trahan Architects is seeking a full-time Marketing + Communications Specialist to join our New Orleans office. The role, reporting to firm leadership, focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate the firm’s profile and manage proposals, brochures, and client materials across New Orleans and New York.

You will coordinate public relations, maintain visual identity, and support internal communications, with potential growth into Manager and Director roles as the firm expands

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent) with architectural training or degree a plus.
• Strong mastery of visual graphics.
• Technical and poetic mastery of written language.
• Evidence of strong interest in/knowledge of/architectural design of Trahan Architects.
• Evidence of work within a marketing team, including coordination with graphic and architectural staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across New Orleans and New York offices.
• Handle RFQ/RFP responses, brochures, and new business collateral needs.
• Maintain firm-wide graphic standards and visual identity across platforms.
• Coordinate with firm leadership to execute publicity and client visibility efforts.
• Travel as needed to support marketing goals and client engagement.
• Turn research into compelling visual and written content for submissions and awards.
