Job summary

Trahan Architects in New Orleans is seeking a full-time Proposal Coordinator to join our collaborative practice focused on design excellence. The role partners with firm leadership and project managers to drive new business strategies and craft tailored responses to opportunities.

It also manages a library of marketing materials, project photography, and contact databases. We require 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience in the AEC industry, strong graphic design and writing ability, and

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Significant graphic design and writing ability.
• Knowledge of the Adobe Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, is required.
• Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent) with architectural training.
• US citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• RFP/Q Responses & BD Coordination: support proposal development and pursue research, assemble teams, and track contacts.
• Marketing Asset Library: manage photography, graphics, project data, resumes, and narratives for consistent use.
• Meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
