Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years in marketing, communications, public relations or related field with demonstrated experience.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with adaptable tone.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring schedules and objectives are met.
• Develop marketing content for emails, direct mail, digital ads, website and social channels.
• Partner with business lines and branch teams to align marketing with goals.
• Support local/community marketing efforts to raise BrightBridge awareness and deposits.
• Ensure consistent BrightBridge brand voice across channels and campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies, media partners, printers and vendors as needed.
• Develop internal/external communications and support leadership messaging.
• Lead and coach team members to reinforce OneTeam culture.
• Maintain calendars, plans and tools for department activities.
