Job summary

Polish National Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing department, shape our brand, and grow member relationships. You will partner with the SVP, Retail to set priorities and drive multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and community outreach.

The role requires progressive marketing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to turn data into actionable strategy, with a focus on engagement, retention, and organizational growth within our community-minded

Qualifications

• Progressive marketing experience with campaigns and analytics.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Financial institution or credit union marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Marketing department operations and campaigns.
• Partner with the SVP, Retail to develop, implement strategic marketing plans.
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, advertising, and events.
• Develop and oversee marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics and data; adjust strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze member needs and trends.
• Oversee social media presence and digital content for engagement.
• Coordinate promotional and community events with external partners.
• Build relationships with community organizations and vendors.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with products and growth.
• Manage budget priorities and department resources; report to SVP, Retail.
• Provide leadership and development to Marketing staff.
