Position Overview

The Marketing Communication Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals. Responsibilities include managing corporate and product PR, maintaining brand consistency, overseeing digital and social media presence, website management, campaign execution, event planning, team leadership, and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies across all channels.
  2. Create marketing materials, collaborating with designers to ensure high quality and brand alignment.
  3. Maintain brand voice and consistency through regular updates of brand guidelines.
  4. Manage digital presence, social media channels, content calendars, and performance tracking.
  5. Optimize and manage the company website for usability and SEO.
  6. Lead marketing campaigns and analyze their performance for improvements.
  7. Coordinate marketing efforts for trade shows and events.
  8. Lead and mentor a small marketing team to foster collaboration and high performance.
  9. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years in marketing communications, PR, and digital marketing.
  2. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
  3. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with a keen visual sense.
  4. Excellent writing skills and leadership experience.
  5. Experience managing trade shows and events, preferably in healthcare or dental sectors.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
