Job Purpose

As Associate Customer Strategy Manager, you will lead strategic projects with customers, build digital solutions, and manage agile processes to implement key projects and drive improvements. The role involves automating routine data tasks, analyzing data for insights, and leading digital connectivity initiatives to enhance operational execution and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes.
• Build positive relationships with sales, supply chain, and customer teams.
• Establish operational excellence and customer obsession.
• Utilize digital tools to improve visibility and performance measurement.
• Partner with strategy and digital teams to develop product roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional agile project teams.
• Manage replenishment and inventory solutions to improve satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in supply chain, operations research, business management, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for supply chain strategy, digital transformation, and business optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proactive with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, SAP, or similar tools.
• Digital project leadership experience.

Experience

• 3+ years in supply chain roles such as operations, logistics, planning, or replenishment.
