Job Purpose:

As Associate Customer Strategy Manager, you will lead strategic projects with customers, build digital solutions, and manage end-to-end processes to drive improvements. The role involves serving customers, automating data tasks, and leveraging insights to enhance operational execution and digital connectivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, manufacturing, logistics) to improve supply chain processes.
• Build strong relationships with sales, supply chain, and customer teams.
• Establish operational excellence and customer focus.
• Utilize digital tools and analytics to improve supply chain visibility and performance.
• Partner with strategy teams to develop quarterly roadmaps for digital innovation.
• Lead agile project teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Manage replenishment and inventory solutions with key retailers to enhance satisfaction and profitability.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, operations research, business management, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for supply chain strategy, digital transformation, and business optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proactive with a keen interest in innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, SAP, or similar tools.
• Experience leading digital projects to completion.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of supply chain experience (operations, S&OP, logistics, planning, replenishment, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range: $86,080 to $129,120, bonus eligibility, LTI, and comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, and voluntary options.
