In order to strengthen our Communication team we are looking to hire a Digital Communication Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

In this position you will be responsible for the strategy, implementation and coordination of the digital communication initiatives for Ferrari in North America, reporting to the Head of Communications for FNA and working in close collaboration with the FNA Communications team, as well as managing external agency. He/She will develop digital communication campaigns, digital media editorial plans and customer omnichannel communications, supporting the commercial needs and the Official Dealer network, while tracking the performance of all the regional digital channels. This role will serve also as American point of contact with various digital/social platforms (Meta, TikTok etc.) to ensure benchmarking and channel evolution.

As part of the team, your main responsibilities will be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Ferrari HQ digital team to ensure seamless adoption of central strategy and contents at a regional level
  • Define digital communication plans for FNA and dealer network through all Ferrari channels leveraging on Ferrari strategy and official contents according to business goals
  • Develop and nurture different channels, acting as liaison with main platforms
  • Drive implementation of paid communication campaigns through Ferrari official channels and develop synergies with owned channels (Website, Newsletter, My Ferrari App, Social media channels)
  • Create and execute integrated campaigns, monitoring and tracking performance and results
  • Develop communication channels to increase the awareness of specific products and marketing activations
  • Plan, develop and implement SEO and SEM strategy with focus on Ferrari Dealer official digital channels
  • Monitor the performances of all communication channels and activities through Analytics tools and recurring reports
  • Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs

In order to succeed in this challenging role, a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, communications or similar is required.

The following skills are required to perform the role: Excellent management, relational and teambuilding skills; At least five years of experience in the role and within the communication and/or marketing areas; Experience in a similar role in luxury/automotive would be advantageous; Knowledge of Project Management and Web Project Management methodologies; Skills in collection and formalization of business requirements and cost-benefit analysis; Ability to manage and coordinate the entire digital project: planning, execution, monitoring; Ability to minimize risks, identifying any critical issues and suggesting the best solutions for their resolution; Practical experience with content management systems, Google Analytics and project management software as well as Microsoft Office; Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices; Collaboration with international (Italian) colleagues, team player.
