Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Pay Rate Range: $59.00/hr

Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

In the summer of 2025, we will be relocating teams from Ridgefield Park, NJ, to their new headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This will impact all contractor staff assigned to Ridgefield Park work locations.

Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be a subject matter expert leading the day-to-day activities in the Home Entertainment (HE) - Integrated Marketing (IM) division, supporting TV, Audio, and Memory business units. Reporting to the Director - Digital, the role involves building relationships with cross-functional teams and agencies, planning and executing strategies focused on organic growth. The position requires a visionary approach to identify new opportunities across the consumer journey to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion, with strong attention to detail. The Manager should be adept at managing internal stakeholders and collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategy and execution across the Consumer Decision Journey on our website for the Audio and Memory categories.
  • Oversee marketing activities on our website, including developing local marketing pages, localizing global product/marketing pages, and optimizing user experience.
  • Develop and implement integrated digital advertising strategies across key digital touchpoints to communicate promotions and initiatives.
  • Brief and optimize SEM and SEO efforts.
  • Lead promotional work streams on our website to drive sales, prepare presentations for executive updates.
  • Create clear briefs for creative agencies, manage timelines for asset development, and lead reviews with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to identify and optimize marketing performance in real-time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience with SAP ERP preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to add value independently.
