Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to assist strategy execution, campaign management, and content calendar organization. You will partner with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and aligned communications across channels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are preferred, along with a marketing-focused degree and strong written and verbal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with marketing channels and terminology.
• Experience with content development and collateral.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing advantageous.
