Responsibilities include ad hoc analyses, cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring accurate interpretation of funnel metrics, attribution, and conversion velocity. Proficiency with Tableau/Power BI/Looker and SQL is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or BI roles.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnels, lead lifecycles, and pipeline mechanics.
• Ability to translate charts into actionable business narratives.
• Experience interpreting enterprise dashboards and data models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global and regional marketing results using existing core dashboards to identify trends and growth drivers.
• Conduct ad hoc deep‑dive analyses to diagnose anomalies and root causes of traffic spikes or pipeline drops.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to translate dashboard data into actionable insights.
• Summarize complex datasets into clear recommendations for regional leadership.
• Guide cross‑functional partners on interpreting dashboards to inform daily budget decisions.
• Serve as the expert user and advocate for core reporting tools with the dashboard team.
• Audit lead flow, attribution models, and conversion velocity with stakeholders.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical fluency.
