Job summary

Improvado, a leading AI-powered marketing data platform, is seeking a Marketing Analyst to own client delivery from data modeling to final reporting. You will design dashboards in Looker/Power BI/Tableau, write SQL queries, and manage data transformations with dbt across multi-source architectures.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing data analytics, expert BI platform skills, and strong English communication for client-facing work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst with marketing data.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one BI platform (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Proficiency in SQL and data modelling (dbt preferred).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (advanced level).
• Experience with Git and QA/UAT processes.
• Client-facing role requiring strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across BI platforms.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Manage data transformations with dbt as needed.
• Support clients by translating requirements into data solutions and delivering insights.
• Conduct QA/UAT to ensure data accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Use Git for version control and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities or risks in marketing data and communicate findings clearly.
• Leverage AI tools to increase productivity.
