Job summary

HireHi is seeking a Data Analyst to join our data team and empower clients with actionable marketing insights. You will build dashboards in Looker, Power BI, and Tableau, and translate business questions into robust data solutions that drive growth.

You will write efficient SQL, model data, and perform QA/UAT to ensure accuracy, collaborating with engineers, product teams, and clients. Strong English communication, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work with ambiguity are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst with marketing data.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one BI platform (Looker/Power BI/Tableau).
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience with QA/UAT processes and Git.
• Excellent English communication (C1).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity with clients and teams.
• Nice to have: GA Data Streams, MMM concepts, agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries.
• Manage and enhance data transformations with dbt where necessary.
• Support clients by translating requirements into data solutions.
• Conduct QA/UAT to ensure data accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Use Git for version control and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities, trends, and risks in marketing data and communicate findings clearly.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity.
