Job summary

Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform helping mid-market and enterprise teams unify data at scale. As a Marketing Analyst, you will own client delivery end-to-end—from data modeling to final reporting—and design dashboards across BI platforms.

You’ll manage dbt-driven data transformations, ensure data quality, and present clear insights to clients. You will work with Looker/Power BI/Tableau depending on client setup, write optimized SQL, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with marketing data.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one BI platform (Looker/Power BI/Tableau).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in data modelling (dbt preferred).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (advanced level).
• Experience with Git.
• English C1 level with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Manage and enhance data transformations with dbt where needed.
• Support clients by translating requirements into data solutions and insights.
• Conduct QA/UAT to ensure data accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Leverage Git for version control and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities, trends, or risks in marketing data and communicate findings clearly.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows.
