Job summary

Schlaich bergermann partner (sbp) is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support its North American marketing and business development efforts. The role can be full- or part-time, based in New York City or Los Angeles, with flexible hours and remote working.

You will prepare RFP materials, maintain marketing content, track opportunities, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and assist with presentations and press communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong writing and visual skills.
• 2–3 years of administrative and/or marketing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing RFP response materials and client references.
• Maintain and create marketing/acquisition materials.
• Track new project opportunities and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/clients.
• Update client and project databases and support presentations.
• Help craft internal and external communications and press releases.
