Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the BDMC team across Marketing, Communications and Practice Groups. You will help maintain attorney profiles, prepare client pitches, and coordinate campaigns, events, and sponsorships to raise visibility and win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or commensurate experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to assemble pitches and proposals.
• Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and online research skills.
• Familiarity with InterAction and Foundation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of attorneys, client base, experience, and market capabilities.
• Collaborate with BDMC and other departments on cross-functional initiatives.
• Assemble drafts of marketing and client-facing materials—pitches, presentations, biographies, and sheets.
• Assist with data in business development databases and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate attorneys’ involvement in events, sponsorships, and industry activities.
• Plan and execute TMT SBU events and webinars.
