Job summary

Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP is seeking a Client and Business Development Coordinator to bolster the Marketing & Business Development Department. You will help advance BD plans, analyze markets, and support client growth initiatives across the U.S.

and Canada, working with attorneys and global BD teams. You will prepare reports, craft presentations, and coordinate events and sponsorships, while maintaining CRM data in Salesforce and driving cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, public relations, English or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a marketing/BD coordinator, preferably in legal services.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Analytical, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Able to collaborate and deliver outcomes in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing BD initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.
• Advance individual and regional BD plans and track progress toward goals.
• Research trends, clients, targets, and competitors to grow the client base.
• Develop reports on client accounts and industry opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, annual and quarterly BD reviews, and trainings.
• Coordinate with Events Team to execute client programs and sponsorships.
• Support CRM data maintenance and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
